What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Raleigh, NC, and serve the surrounding Triangle area for both residential and small business installations. We will travel further depending on the job.
Do I need to buy my own UniFi equipment?
Yes, We’re happy to help you choose and order the right UniFi hardware.
Can you install cameras and set up recording too?
Yes — we install and configure UniFi Protect camera systems, including motion zones, notifications, and local storage setup.
Do you offer support after installation?
Absolutely. We offer ongoing support and adjustments if your needs change or if any issues come up after the install.
Can you help with parental controls and content filtering?
Yes — we can configure firewall rules, device restrictions, geo-blocking, and schedule-based parental controls.
Will you run cables through walls or ceilings?
No — we do not pull cable through walls or ceilings. In North Carolina, that work requires a licensed low-voltage electrician. We’re happy to coordinate with your electrician or recommend one to handle the cabling, and we’ll take care of the network design, termination, and equipment installation.
Will I be able to manage everything myself after setup?
Yes. We set up user-friendly dashboards and provide instructions so you stay in control of your network and cameras.
